4109.1Any appeals related to a DDOE action regarding BMP application review or approval, eligibility, and stormwater retention volume calculations shall be taken in accordance with Section 563 of this title.

4109.2Appeals of DC Water actions regarding the IAC Incentive Discount shall be taken in accordance with Chapter 4 of this title.
