Section 21-415. SCHEDULING OF HEARING/DEFAULT JUDGMENT

    415.1The hearing officer shall set the date, time and place of the hearing.

     

    415.2The hearing officer may agree to reschedule the hearing upon the written request of one of the parties for good cause shown or upon the consent of all parties.

     

    415.3The failure to appear at the scheduled hearing or to request, in advance, that the scheduled hearing be postponed, may result in a default judgment.

     

    415.4The hearing officer may issue a final order affirming the imposition of any charges, fines, interest and penalties that the Utility has assessed against the property by default.

     

    415.5Failure to comply with the conditions imposed by the hearing officer may result in the entry of a default judgment.
