Section 21-418. PROOF OF SERVICE

418.1A party filing a document with the hearing officer shall furnish written proof that a copy also has been sent to every other party.

418.2The proof shall show the date and manner of service and may be as follows:

(a)Written acknowledgement of service;

(b)Affidavit of the person making service;

(c)Certificate of an attorney of record; or

(d)By other proof satisfactory to the hearing officer.

418.3Acknowledgement of service may be made by any person at the address shown on the document who is sixteen (16) years of age or older.
