Section 21-421. ARGUMENT BEFORE THE HEARING OFFICER

421.1The hearing officer shall give the parties to the proceeding adequate opportunity during the course of a hearing for the presentation of arguments in support of or in opposition to the petition for administrative review, motions, objections, and exceptions to the rulings of the Officer.

421.2The hearing officer may impose time limits on the arguments.

421.3Oral argument shall be transcribed and will be available as part of the record.
