6313.1Each provider shall establish and adhere to a written disaster evacuation and continuity of operations plan in accordance with the Department policy on Disaster Evacuation/Continuity of Operations Plans.
6313.2A provider shall immediately notify the Department and implement its continuity of operations plan if an imminent health hazard exists because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, gross unsanitary conditions, or other circumstances that may endanger the health, safety, or welfare of its clients.
