Section 22-A2217. RIGHT TO REVIEW

    2217.1The Department may afford a consumer the opportunity to seek review of the Department’s decision to deny eligibility for a supported housing subsidy.

     

    2217.2A consumer may request a review within fifteen (15) business days of the Department’s denial of eligibility.

     

    2217.3Each request for a review shall contain a concise statement of the reason why the consumer should be determined eligible to receive a supported housing subsidy, with supporting documentation, if available.

     

    2217.4Each administrative review shall be conducted by the Director and shall be completed within fifteen (15) business days of the receipt of the consumer’s request.

     

    2217.5The Director shall issue a written decision which sets forth his or her evaluation and resolution of the denial and describes the actions required of the Department and actions required of the consumer in implementing the decision.
