Section 22-A3400. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3400.1The Department of Mental Health (DMH) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health, Medical Assistance Administration to implement a Medicaid Rehabilitation Option for the provision of mental health rehabilitative services (MHRS).

3400.2The purpose of these rules is to set forth the requirements for certification of organizations as DMH-certified MHRS providers by DMH.

3400.2 Each DMH-certified MHRS provider shall meet and adhere to the terms and conditions of its Human Care Agreement with DMH and its Medicaid provider agreement with the Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF).
