Section 22-A3414. COVERED MHRS

3414.1The service specific standards described in this section apply to the individual MHRS offered by each MHRS provider and reimbursed by DMH in accordance with this chapter.

3414.2Covered core services shall include Diagnostic/Assessment, Medication/Somatic Treatment, Counseling, and Community Support.

3414.3Covered specialty services shall include Crisis/Emergency, Rehabilitation/Day Services, Intensive Day Treatment, CBI, and ACT.
