Section 22-A4412. RECORD RETENTION AND ACCESS

4412.1The grantee shall retain all records for a period of at least three (3) years following final close-out of the grant, if no other period is specified in the grant agreement.

4412.2The grantee shall make all records available to the Director for audit by the Grant Officer, other District officials, and federal officials as necessary.
