Section 22-B1016. VIOLATIONS

1016.1Activities performed relative to the handling, management and use of controlled substances in the District of Columbia shall be performed in accordance with any and all Federal and other District of Columbia laws, rules and regulations. Violation of the laws, rules and regulations shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
