Section 22-B10413. WHERE TO FIND REPORTING CODES USED WITH MEDICAL DEVICE REPORTS

 

10413.1The Department shall publish adverse events on its website. 

 

10413.2The Department may sometimes use additional coding of information on the reporting forms or modify the existing codes. If the Department does make modifications, it shall make the new coding information available to all reporters.
