    10904.1A sponsor may request the Department to waive any requirement of this section. A waiver request, with supporting documentation, may be submitted separately or as part of an application to the address in § 10906.

     

    10904.2The Department may, by letter, grant a waiver of any requirement that the Department finds is not required by the Act and is unnecessary to protect the rights, safety, or welfare of human subjects.

     

    10904.3Any requirement shall continue to apply unless and until the Department waives it.
