Section 22-B1111. JUDICIAL REVIEW

1111.1A person aggrieved by an adverse decision by the Director under this chapter may seek review in the District of Columbia Court of Appeals within fifteen (15) days of service of the decision of such other time as the court may prescribe for review of contested cases under §11 of the District of Columbia Administrative Procedure Act, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §2-510.
