Section 22-B130. REQUIRED IMMUNIZATIONS FOR STUDENTS UNDER SEVEN (7) YEARS OF AGE

130.1Before a child under seven (7) years of age enters school or a child development center, the parent or guardian of the child shall have the child immunized according to the requirements in sections 131 through 137. The doses of immunization shall follow these regulations or the recommendations of the ACIP published after the date of these regulations. The Director strongly recommends that a parent or guardian of a child who does not attend a school or child development center immunize the child in the same manner required for children who do attend a school or child development center.
