Section 22-B1927. OPPORTUNITY FOR A HEARING

1927.1The Director shall take action to deny, suspend, or revoke a pharmacy license pursuant to § 11 of the Act, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 47-2885.10.
1927.2Except for a summary suspension undertaken pursuant to § 11(b) of the Act, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. § 47-2885.10(b), every applicant for or holder of a license or applicant for reinstatement after revocation shall be afforded notice and an opportunity to be heard prior to the action of the Director, the effect of which would be one of the following:
(a)To deny a license for cause other than failure to qualify;
(b)To suspend a license;
(c)To revoke a license;
(d)To refuse to reinstate a license;
(e)To refuse to issue a renewal license for any cause other than failure to pay the prescribed fees; or
(f)Impose a civil fine pursuant to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Civil Infractions act of 1985, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §§ 2-1801.01 to 2-1803.03.
