Section 22-B1930. PROCEDURE WHEN A RESPONDENT FAILS TO RESPOND TO A HEARING NOTICE

1930.1If the respondent does not respond to the hearing notice within the time specified, the Director may, without a hearing, take the action contemplated in the notice. The Director shall, in writing, inform the respondent, the Corporation Counsel, and the Board of his or her action.
