Section 22-B2001. STANDARDS OF COMPLIANCE

2001.1The provisions of this chapter set forth the minimal requirements for the establishment, maintenance, and operation of hospitals.

2001.2Wherever in this chapter or in other applicable standards the performance requirements are not specified, the Director may formulate and publish standards which, if followed, shall constitute substantial compliance with the requirements of this chapter.

2001.3The standards formulated and published by the Director pursuant to § 2001.2 shall be made available to the public, and shall be maintained on file in the Director's office for inspection during regular business hours.
