Section 22-B2006. REMOVAL PERMITS

2006.1No hospital or part of a hospital shall move from the premises for which a license has been issued to any other premises without first having obtained from the Director a permit to move to the premises not covered by the license issued to the hospital.

2006.2The removal permit shall indicate on its face the special conditions governing the moving of the hospital or part of the hospital as the Director may find to be in the interest of the public health.
