Section 22-B2622. HEARINGS AND APPEALS

2622.1Whenever these rules grant a hearing to an applicant or licensee adversely affected by an initial determination under this chapter, the hearing shall be conducted in accordance with 22 DCMR §§ 3110 through 3112.

2622.2Whenever these rules grant to an applicant or licensee adversely affected by a final determination under this chapter, this appeal shall be filed in writing with the Board of Appeals and Review pursuant to 22 DCMR § 3113.

2622.3Each appeal shall be filed within the period specified in the final determination notice, but in no case more than thirty (30) days after the date of service of the notice, except where a request for a variance has been submitted to the Director in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The appeal shall be filed within ten (10) days after the date of the service of the notice of the final determination on the request for the variance.
