Section 22-B2711. ACUTE HEMODIALYSIS CAPABILITY

2711.1A Level I facility shall have in-house hemodialysis services which shall be available within one hundred and twenty (120) minutes of the request, twenty-four (24) hours per day.

2711.2A Level II facility may provide in-house hemodialysis services which may be available within one hundred and twenty (120) minutes of the request twenty-four (24) hours per day.
