Section 22-B2716. REHABILITATION MEDICINE

2716.1Each adult trauma care facility shall have a physician-directed rehabilitation service program staffed by personnel trained in rehabilitation care and equipped properly for the care of the critically injured patient. This shall include the following:

(a)Physical therapy;

(b)Occupational therapy;

(c)Speech therapy; and

(d)Social service.

2716.2Adult trauma care facilities shall have transfer agreements with approved rehabilitation facilities for long-term care.
