Section 22-B3244. OUTDOOR SPACE

3244.1Each facility shall provide in its design and on its property some outdoor area for use by residents, staff, and the visiting public for quiet recreation.

3244.2No set of steps shall be included in the design of the outdoor space, and the space shall be accessible from the ground floor level of the facility without the use of ramps or steps.

3244.3Outdoor space shall be well-planted and maintained, and it shall be of sufficient size and shape to permit sitting areas that are reasonably private.
