Section 22-B3248. REFRESHMENT STATIONS

3248.1Each nursing unit shall have a refreshment station area for use by the staff for the storage and serving of between-meal snacks to residents.

3248.2The refreshment station area shall contain a refrigerator for food stuffs only, a sink, and equipment for heating foods and drinks.
