Section 22-B3253. PUBLIC AND STAFF FACILITIES

Latest version.

3253.1Toilet and washroom facilities shall be provided for the public.

3253.2Toilets and sinks shall be provided for the staff.

3253.3In existing facilities, a locker shall be provided for each employee and provision shall be made for the use of a conveniently located change area for each sex.

3253.4In newly constructed facilities, separate locker rooms shall be provided for employees of each sex who do not live on the premises, with separate lockers for each employee.
