    3402.1There shall be a sufficient number of qualified employees, staff, or other adults in each community residence facility to provide for the welfare, comfort, and safety of residents at all times of the day and night.

     

    3402.2In a community residence facility with more than six (6) unrelated occupants, personnel policies shall be written and available to all staff and to agents of the Mayor. These policies shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

     

    (a)Wage scales, hours of work, vacations, sick leave, insurance, and other benefits;

     

    (b)Plans for the orientation of all employees and for regularly scheduled staff meetings;

     

    (c)An annual evaluation of employee performance by appropriate supervisors; and

     

    (d)Position descriptions for each category of employee.

     

    3402.3All persons employed in a community residence facility shall have a pre-employment medical examination by a licensed physician and shall be certified annually by the examining physician to be in good health and free of communicable diseases as defined in Chapter 2 of this title.

     

    3402.4Accurate personnel records shall be maintained by each community residence facility.

     

    3402.5Personnel records shall include each employee’s name; address; sex; social security number; current professional license or registration number, if any; a resume of education, training, experience, and places of previous employment; and a current health certification.
