Section 22-B3500. GENERAL PROVISIONS

3500.1Each group home for mentally retarded persons (GHMRP) shall comply with the general provisions stated in Chapters 13 through 17 of Title 22 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (DCMR).

3500.2Each GHMRP licensee and residence director shall demonstrate that he or she understands that the provisions of D.C. Code, 2001 Ed., Title 7, Chapter 13 govern the care and rights of mentally retarded persons in addition to these rules.

3500.3No GHMRP shall use a name on the exterior of the facility or display logo which distinguishes it as being different from any other residence in the neighborhood.
