Section 22-B3508. ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

    3508.1Each GHMRP shall provide adequate administrative support to efficiently meet the needs of the residents as required by their Habilitation plans.

     

    3508.2Each GHMRP operated by a corporation or partnership shall maintain on file a copy of its Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Authority, or partnership agreement, as applicable.

     

    3508.3Nothing in these regulations shall be construed to prohibit operation of a GHMRP by a single individual, provided, that each other requirement of these regulations is met.

     

    3508.4Each GHMRP shall have a Residence Director who meets the requirements of §3509.1 and who shall manage the GHMRP in accordance with approved policies and these regulations.

     

    3508.5Each GHMRP shall have an organization chart that shows the following:

     

    (a)All major components of the administering agency or the roles of individuals when the licensee is not an agency;

     

    (b)The personnel in charge of the program components;

     

    (c)The categories and numbers of supportive and direct care staff; and

     

    (d)The lines of authority.

     

    3508.6Documentation that services have been provided as required by each resident's Individual Habilitation Plan including contracts, vendor agreements, receipts, and paid bills shall be available for review by authorized regulatory personnel.

     

    3508.7Each GHMRP shall maintain records of residents' funds received and disbursed.

     

    3508.8Each GHMRP licensee shall carry or ensure that the premises carries the following insurance in at least the following amounts:

     

    (a)Hazard (fire and extended coverage) in the minimum amount of five-hundred dollars ($500) per resident to protect belongings, with a minimum of two-thousand dollars ($2,000) per GHMRP;

     

    (b)Liability coverage (premises, personal injury, and products liability in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)) per occurrence; and

     

    (c)Professional liability.
