Section 22-B3512. RECORDKEEPING: GENERAL PROVISIONS

3512.1Each Residence Director shall maintain current and accurate records and reports as required by this section.

3512.2Each record shall be kept in a centralized file and made available at all times for inspection and review by personnel of authorized regulatory agencies.

3512.3Each record and report that is required to be kept in accordance with these regulations shall be filed and retained for five (5) years by the GHMRP.
