Section 22-B3514. RESIDENT RECORDS

3514.1Each GHMRP or licensee shall retain a permanent record for each resident for at least five years (5 yrs.) after the resident's discharge or death.

3514.2Each record shall be kept current, dated, and signed by each individual who makes an entry.

3514.3Each record shall include, but not be limited to, the requirements of D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §7-1305.12.

3514.4The record for resident's prescribed controlled substances shall be in conformance with §3522.6 of these regulations.
