    3600.1The Community Residence Facility Loan Program is intended to improve the quality and quantity of housing for low-income residents of Community Residence Facilities.

     

    3600.2The loan program shall not be used to promote the convenience, sustenance, or financial solvency of operators of facilities.

     

    3600.3Loans shall be made to operators of facilities which accept primarily low-income persons as residents and which have not yet passed the required life-safety inspections for licensure.

     

    3600.4Loans shall be made to operators of facilities who can demonstrate that they provide or will provide to low-income persons, quality care, home-like environment, and a program that meets the full requirements of D.C. Law 2-35, the Community Residence Facility Licensure Act.
