Section 22-B3605. LOAN AWARDS

3605.1The Office of Financial Management, either through contract with a financial institution or in cooperation with other District agencies, shall supervise the disbursement of loan monies, the negotiation of a repayment period, and the monitoring of repayment.

3605.2The application review officials in the Department of Human Services and the Office of Occupational and Professional Licensure Administration may recommend repayment terms according to their findings of financial need and ability to repay.
