Section 22-B3922. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

3922.1If a home care agency provides occupational therapy services, it shall provide those services in accordance with the patient's plan of care.

3922.2Occupational therapy services shall be provided by order of a physician by a licensed occupational therapist.

3922.3Occupational therapy shall be designed to maximize independence, prevent further disability, and maintain health.

3922.4The occupational therapist shall conduct an initial evaluation and shall prepare clinical and progress notes.
