Section 22-B3924. RESTRICTIONS ON SERVICE TO PATIENTS REQUIRING SPECIAL CARE

3924.1A home care agency shall accept a ventilator-dependent patient only if:

(a)The patient is ventilator stabilized;

(b)A successful home equipment trial has been conducted; and

(c)The agency has developed a plan for emergency services notification.
