Section 22-B407. PERSONNEL

 

407.1A pharmacist licensed in the District of Columbia or an individual approved by the Director as having scientific or technical training or experience to perform the duties required to ensure that the licensed activity is conducted in a manner that will protect the public health and safety shall supervise all personnel engaged in the manufacturing activities.

 

407.2Each person employed in any drug wholesale distribution activity shall have education, training, and experience to ensure an acceptable level of proficiency to perform assigned functions and provide assurance that the drug product quality, safety and security will be maintained at all times.

 

407.3Licensees shall establish and maintain a list of officers, directors, managers and other personnel in charge of manufacturing, wholesale drug distribution, storage, and handling. The list shall include a description of their duties and a summary of their qualifications.
