Section 22-B411. EXAMINATION OF MATERIALS

411.1Manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers upon receipt of each incoming shipping container shall carefully inspect all shipments of drugs to determine their identity and to prevent the acceptance of contaminated drugs unfit for distribution. This examination shall be adequate to reveal container damage that would suggest possible contamination or other damage to the contents.
411.2Each outgoing shipment shall be carefully inspected for identity of the drug products and to ensure that there is no delivery of drugs that have been damaged in storage or held under improper conditions.
