Section 22-B419. PROCEDURE WHEN A RESPONDENT FAILS TO RESPOND TO A HEARING NOTICE

419.1If the respondent does not respond to the hearing notice within the time specified, the Director may, without a hearing, take the action proposed in the notice. The Director shall, in writing, inform the respondent and the Corporation Counsel of his or her action.
