Section 22-B4309. NOTIFICATION OF REVIEW DECISIONS

4309.1The Director shall notify the applicant of a review decision by issuing a CON or notifying the applicant by regular mail of findings denying the CON application.

4309.2The Director shall provide the notice required by this section no later than the end of the review period, including any extension, established for the application.
