Section 22-B6915. PROCESSING FOR DISTRIBUTION

6915.1A specific license for multiple quantities or types of radioactive material for use in processing for distribution to authorized persons shall be issued only if the requirements of this section are met.

6915.2The applicant’s staff shall have substantial experience in the use of a variety of radioisotopes for processing and distribution.

6915.3The applicant shall appoint a radiological safety officer who will advise and assist on radiological safety problems.
