7500.1Pursuant to the Nursing Home and Community Residence Facility Residents’ Protection Act of 1985, D.C. Code, 2001 Ed. §§ 44-1001.01 to 44-1005.02, (the “Act”), the criteria in § 7501 shall govern the establishment of a list, to be given to the D.C. Superior Court, of potential candidates who may be appointed by the Court as a receiver for either a nursing home or a community residence facility (“CRF”).
