Section 22-C5102. EXTENSION OF EXPIRATION DATES OF PROTESTED REGISTRATIONS

5102.1 Unless a registration is otherwise summarily suspended under this subtitle, the registration of a cultivation center or dispensary that has received written notice of the Department’s intent not to renew the registrationshall continue in effect until such time as the Department has taken final action on the registration.
5102.2In the case of applications for the renewal of a registration or for transfer to a new owner, the registration shall continue in effect until the Department has taken final action on the registration.
5102.3A registration that is continued under this chapter shall be continued in effect only for purposes of the original location. No operations shall take place at a new location until a new registration has been issued for that location.
