Section 22-C5110. NON-TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION CARDS

    5110.1All persons required to register with the Department shall receive and wear on their person, while working in a restricted access area at a cultivation center or dispensary, a non-transferable uniform registration identification card from the Department. It shall be a violation of this title for a person to not wear their non-transferable registration identification card while working in a restricted access area of a cultivation center or dispensary.

     

    5110.2The non-transferable registration card shall be presented by a manager, director, officer, member, incorporator, agent and employee of a cultivation center or dispensary to law enforcement or a Department investigator to confirm that the person is authorized to cultivate, dispense, distribute, or possess medical marijuana, or manufacture, possess, or distribute paraphernalia.
