Section 22-C5201. REGISTRATION APPLICATIONS NEAR SCHOOLS AND RECREATION CENTERS

5201.1A dispensary or cultivation center shall not locate within three hundred feet (300 ft) of a preschool, primary or secondary school, or recreation center.

5201.2 The three hundred foot (300 ft.) distance shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of § 5000 of this subtitle.
