Section 22-C5600. INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTRANTS

5600.1 The Department shall develop and furnish to registrants, at the time of issuance of registration, written information describing the laws and regulations applicable to the dispensary or cultivation center’s day-to-day operations.

5600.2Applications shall also be made available on the Department’s website. To the extent possible, applications shall be posted on the Department’s website in various languages for informational purposes. Applications submitted to the Department shall be completed in English.
