Section 22-C5601. POSTING OF IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT BY DISPENSARY

5601.1The notice required to be posted by the dispensary shall state that no person shall be sold medical marijuana who does not produce both:

(a) A valid registration card issued by the Department; and

(b) A valid government issued photo identification document displaying proof of age that matches the name on the registration card.
