Section 22-C5609. PERMITTED FORMS OF MEDICAL MARIJUANA

5609.1Dispensaries and cultivation centers may dispense or distribute medical marijuana in any form deemed safe which allows patients to eat, inhale, or otherwise use medical marijuana for medical purposes. Medical marijuana shall be subject to testing for quality assurance and safety purposes.
