Section 22-C5618. MINIMUM STAFFING LEVELS

5618.1A dispensary shall be staffed with at least two (2) persons during its hours of operation.

5618.2A cultivation center shall be staffed with at least two (2) persons when employees are present inside of the cultivation center.
