Section 22-C5704. PLANT LIMITATIONS

5704.1A cultivation center shall be permitted to possess and cultivate up to ninety-five (95) living marijuana plants at any one (1) time for the sole purpose of producing medical marijuana in a form permitted under this subtitle. A dispensary shall not be permitted to possess or sell marijuana plants. It shall be a violation of this subtitle for a dispensary to possess or sell marijuana plants or for a cultivation center to sell marijuana plants to a dispensary.
