Section 22-C6206. NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION TO PUBLIC

    6206.1If a cultivation center or dispensary registration is revoked or suspended, the Department shall post a notice in a conspicuous place at or near the main street entrance of the outside of the establishment.

     

    6206.2The posted notice shall state that the registration has been suspended, the period of the suspension, and that the suspension is ordered because of a violation of the Act or this title.

     

    6206.3Any person willfully removing, obliterating, or defacing the notice shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.

     

    6206.4The Department shall notify, in writing, the qualifying patients and caregivers of a registered dispensary that either:

     

    (a) Has its registration revoked; or

     

    (b) Is required to serve a suspension of longer than seven (7) calendar days.
