Section 23-1004. SIDEWALK CAFE OR SUMMER GARDEN ENDORSEMENT

1004.1No licensee under an on-premises retailer's license shall be permitted to serve alcoholic beverages on either outdoor public or private space without obtaining a sidewalk café endorsement for outdoor public space or a summer garden endorsement for outdoor privately owned space. The sidewalk café or summer garden endorsement shall be placed by ABRA on the license.
