Section 23-1202. WHOLESALER'S BOOKS, RECORDS, AND REPORTS

 

1202.1Each holder of a Wholesaler's license shall keep and maintain upon the licensed premises adequate books and records for each purchase showing the following:

 

(a)The quantity in gallons of each character and brand of beverage purchased by the licensee in each purchase;

 

(b)The date of each purchase;

 

(c)The name and business address of the person from whom the purchase was made;

 

(d)The price of each character and brand of beverage purchased with the total price; and

 

(e)The license number of the vendor, if licensed under the Act.

 

1202.2Each holder of a Wholesaler's license shall keep and maintain upon the licensed premises adequate books and records showing the character, brand, and quantity in gallons of all beverages disposed of other than by sale.

 

1202.3Each holder of a Wholesaler's license shall keep and maintain upon the licensed premises adequate books and records showing all sales of beverages, including the following information:

 

(a)The date of each sale;

 

(b)The name, address, and license number of the purchaser; and

 

(c)The quantity in gallons of each brand of beverage in each sale.

 

1202.4Each holder of a Wholesaler's license shall twice a year furnish a report to the Board, on forms provided by the Board, as to all of the information required under § 1202.1.
